As oppose to last week's episode with Bill Pullman's "blink and you'll miss him" appearance, this episode was all about Robin Williams. His character, Merritt Rook, reminded me of a cross between Walter Finch and Patch Adams, both devious and anti-authority, but with a twisted intelligence.
Rook recited a poem in the court room. Do you remember the author of the poem or a line from it? I'm trying to find it online, but I'm drawing a blank. He said something about growing up in the 60s and thinking acid and peace would cure the world but I dont kno the exact quote. I just saw this episode today for the first time. If you like trivia, you'll enjoy this.
