Man wants to believe lies? God will allow that! ALL who do not have a love for the truth will be sent strong delusion by God. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. Because men will not repent, they are not saved. Because they are not saved, they do not have the Holy Spirit.
