Praise is the act of expressing approval or admiration. Worship is reverent honor and homage paid to God. While most Christians think of praise and worship as interchangeable, there is tremendous power in praise. Are you feeling spiritually dry? Worship Jesus with all your heart and the Spirit of the living God will fill your innermost being to overflowing. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, from his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.

Music has had a powerful impact on my life. From my toddler years to today , I have always had a certain style that I was into that has changed over the years. Praise and Worship is more than just a bunch of people singing a song together in a room with their hands in the air. The lyrics are usually simple, reflective, and repeated. They are words that many relate to and make their own in their conversation with God. The lyrics of each of these songs have tremendous weight to them, and could be beautiful prayers on their own.

A grateful heart is always closer to God. This is one of the primary laws of the power of praise. If you thank the Lord daily for your health, abundance, safety, and other benefits, He multiplies them. Praise and worship transform your heart and mind so that you become a kind of magnet that attracts good from countless sources. One intelligent man once said that God would give him only one thing, and that is a grateful heart. The whole process of obtaining mental, spiritual and material benefits can be summarised in one word ó praise. A grateful thought is a prayer coming from the heart and blessing you.

It is easy to praise God when the sun is shining, our children are making good grades in school, and we have received a promotion at work. But when the storm clouds gather, the grades start to slip, and the pink slips are read, the last thing we feel like doing is praising God. Yet, this is the very time when we need to lift our voices to Him in praise. When we praise God, we proclaim our faith in Him. The psalmist writes, "As for me, I will always have hope. I will praise you more and more. My mouth will tell of your righteousness, of your salvation all day long, though I know not its measure" Psalm

You can use it right in the middle of an actual deliverance when you are casting demons out of someone, and you can also use it right in the middle of any type of personal trial and tribulation that you may be going through on your end. I cannot tell you how powerful of a thing it will be with the Lord if you will start to worship and praise Him right in the middle of any type of heavy storm cloud you may be going through.

There was such an amazing sense of grace and unity among everyone. I saw people displaying a kind of personal, intimate relationship with God that I wanted and needed. A relationship that I knew was made possible only by the blood of Jesus.
