Not our first time here, but will be the last. We ordered the squash soup, zucchini and black-eyed peas griddle cakes, grilled corn and blueberry salad; all good. Connecting to local farmers, hearing what is in harvest and tasting the results, is what excites Olchvary as a chef. I want to support the cycle.

His aim is to create meals that appeal to all eaters — even meat-eaters. The chef and his team source local ingredients from farms in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I am not vegan, but the freshness and quality of the food were impressive. The relaxed vibe of the dining room and the approachable menu, have led to the popularity of this tiny spot.
